About the lab
One vertical at a time.
Efficient AI Works is a specialist studio. We do not consult. We do not run a course. We do not run a Slack community. We research operator pain in one vertical at a time, build AI SOP packs that solve specific dollar-figure problems, and publish the methodology as we go.
The current vertical is veterinary practice operations — specifically the Veterinary Practice Manager role. The choice is not arbitrary. The role manages 8–35 staff, reports to a DVM owner who is not an operator, and has been burned by “transformative” software at least twice.
Pack 1 ships now. Pack 2 ships Q3. Pack 3 ships Q4. By Q1 2027 we will be in our second vertical.
